摘  要:①目的 观察射频消融对血小板活性的影响 ,探讨其临床意义。②方法 选择 2 6例接受射频消融术病人 ,观察插管前、插管后、消融后不同时间血栓烷B2 (TXB2 )和血小板α 颗粒糖蛋白 (GMP 1 4 0 )的变化。TXB2 和GMP 1 4 0的测定均采用酶联免疫吸附双抗夹心法。③结果 TXB2 和GMP 1 4 0自插管后开始升高 ,GMP 1 4 0于消融后 48h达高峰 ,消融后 72h仍高于术前水平 ,TXB2 消融后即刻达高峰 ,消融后 72h恢复正常。④结论射频消融可激活血小板 ;TXB2 和GMP 1 4Objective\ To observe the influence of radiofrequency catheter ablation on blood platelets and evaluate its clinical significance. \ Methods\ The concentration of TXB 2 and GMP 140 were detected at different time before and after ablation. Results\ TXB 2 and GMP 140 both elevated after intubation. TXB 2 reached its peak value just after ablation and returned to normal after 72 hours , but GMP 140 reached its peak value 48 hours after the ablation and 72 hours later remained at higher level than before the treatment. \ Conclusion\ Radiofrequency catheter ablation can activate blood platelets; TXB 2 and GMP 140 are useful markers for detecting the active degree of the platelets.
