老年肺结核患者血清IL-12水平测定的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　为了探讨老年肺结核患者血清中IL 12水平 ,了解老年肺结核机体免疫状态。方法　 41例住院的老年肺结核患者 ,18例肺部其他普通老年肺部炎症住院患者 ,采血清 3ml,采用ELISA方法 ,2 0例健康志愿者作对照。结果　老年结核组血清IL 12水平均明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,并明显高于肺部其他普通老年炎症组及健康人组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　老年活动性肺结核患者血清中IL 12增高 ,主要是结核的免疫 ,较临床常用的其他免疫指标更有价值 。Objective To study the role of IL 12 in gerontal patients with active pulmonary tuberclusis. Methods Blood level of IL 12 was measured by ELISA in 41 gerontal patients with active pulmonary tuberclusis and 18 patients with gerontal pneumonia and 20 healthy voluntees. Results Level of IL 12 in gerontal patients with TB group was significantly higher than that in group of pneumonia and group of healthy voluntee ( P <0.01). Conclusion Level of IL 12 was increase in gerontal patients with pulmonary tuberclusis , it was better than other targets in immunodiagnosis,it may provide an important basis for differentiation diagnosis of gerontal patients with active pulmonary tuberclusis and pneumonia.
