猪囊虫短程抗体快速ELISA检测试剂盒的建立和初步应用

摘　　要：目的　建立猪囊虫特异 Ig G4快速检测试剂盒 ,并初步探讨其应用价值。　方法　采用辣根过氧化物酶标记的抗人 Ig G4单克隆抗体为探针 ,结合商品化的酶联免疫吸附试验制成快速检测试剂盒 ,检测现症囊虫病病人、其它寄生虫病病人和健康对照血清中的特异 Ig G4。　结果　 4 4例现症囊虫病病人特异 Ig G4阳性 4 2例 ,阳性率为 95 .5 % ,2 1例正常人及 2 7例其它寄生虫病人检测全部阴性 (阴性 10 0 % ,包虫除外 )。　结论　本试剂盒操作简单、快速 ,结果鲜明便于目测判断 ,适于推广用作猪囊虫病的诊断及近期疗效考核。Objective To establish cysticercosis specific IgG4 rapid detection kit and discuss it's applicative value. Methods Establish rapid detection kit by mark the anti human IgG4 monoclonal antibody with horseradish peroxidase as probe and combined with commercial ELISA, detect specific IgG4 of cysticercosis patients, other parasitic diseases patients and normal serum. Results 42 cases detected positive in 44 cases of cysticercosis patients, the positive rate is 95.5%. No cases detected positive in 21 cases of normal serum and 27 cases of other parasitic diseases patients (The nagative rate is 100%, exception of hydatidosis). The process of the operation is simple and quick, the result is easy to judge by naked eye. Conclusion This kit is suited for the diagnosis of cysticercosis and assess curative effect of recently period.
