分光光度法测定复方喷鼻剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

摘　　要：目的　测定复方喷鼻剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法　采用分光光度法 ,测定波长为 5 6 9nm。结果　酸麻黄碱在 4 .13～ 4 1.2 6 μg·ml-1(r=0 .9997)范围内 ,吸收度值与浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 99.5 7% ,RSD为 0 .38% (n=6 )。结论　方法简便易行、快速、准确 。Aim To determine the Ephedrine Hydrochloride content in Compound Nasal Spray.Methods To use Spectrophotometry to measure the content with detective wavelength at 569nm.Results The calibration curve is linear in the range of 4.13～41.26μg·ml -1 (r=0.999 7) for Ephedrine Hydrochloride.The average recovery was 99.57% with RSD=0.38%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,quick and accurate for the determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Compound Nasal Spray.
