摘 要:目的 了解大黄对慢性肾功能不全患者血清内毒素 (LPS)、一氧化氮酶 (NOS)、一氧化氮 (NO)的影响 ,探讨大黄延缓肾功能进行性恶化的机制。方法 总结分析 2 6例慢性肾功能不全患者服用大黄前、后观测指标的变化。结果 大黄可使慢性肾功能不全患者血清LPS、NO水平下降 ,肾功能改善 ,BUN及Cr下降。结论 ①大黄可降低慢性肾功能不全患者血清LPS、NO水平。②大黄延缓慢性肾功能不全进行性恶化的机制可能与其降低了血清NO水平 ,改善了剩余肾单位内“三高”有关。Objeclive To study the effects of daihuang (rubarb, Rheum officinate) on LPS, NOS and NO levels in patients with chronic renal insufficiency (CRI), and the mechanism that daihuang delays the exacerbation of renal function. Methods The LPS, NOS, NO, Bun and Scr levels in 26 cases of CRI were compared before and after the daihuang regimen. Results Daihuang reduced the levels of LPS, NOS, NO, Bun and Scr in patients with CRI, and improved their kidney functions. Conclusion (1)Daihuang can reduce the levels of LPS, NOS and NO in patients with CRI. (2)Daihuang might delay the exacerbation of renal function by reducing the serum level of NO and correcting the three elevated conditions, i.e. the high renal plasma flow (RPF), high glomerular filtrating rate (GFR) and the hypertension of leftover nephrons.
