摘　　要：本文研究了国际贸易中同一行业内的企业竞争时 ,汇率变化对各贸易国的厂商、消费者剩余及社会净福利的影响。由模型计算得出一国在国际贸易中货币贬值 ,汇率变化时 ,社会净福利并非总是增加 ,而是取决于汇率的当前水平 ,即存在着拐点r 当r >r 时 ,货币贬值将增加社会净福利 ;而当r<r 时 ,货币贬值将反而减少社会净福利。上述结论对深入理解并研究已经加入WTO的我国汇率政策具有较好的指导意义。In the paper,Effects of exchange rate of international trade on manufacturers, consumer surplus and social net welfare are analyzed. It is proved that when on international trade,depreciation of a country's currency or changing of its exchange rate does not mean its social net welfare will increase as well. The result of the changing depends on exchange rate's present point. It is possible for social net welfare even to decrease instead of increasing. The conclusion above will do good for research and better understanding of China's currency policy, since China has been a member of WTO.
