摘　　要：基因组研究已经进入了以功能基因组研究为标志的后基因组时代。功能基因组研究不仅是 2 1世纪整体细胞生物学最重要的内容 ,而且将为医药、农业和工业的革新提供崭新的思路。主要探讨功能基因组的研究方法和模式生物的功能基因组研究进展。Genomics research has gone into the post-genomics era characterized by functional genomics. And functional genomics research not only is the most important part of whole cell biology in 21 century, but also can provide medicine, agriculture, and industry with new ideas. In this article we mainly discussed study methods of functional genomics and the advancement in functional genomics of model organisms.
