中药川附子微量重金属元素的分析研究

摘　　要：采用ICP -AES法分析中药川附子中 1 7种化学元素 (含重金属 )。通过对潞党参标准样品的分析并与AAS法的结果比较 ,确定了方法的准确度。应用该法弄清川附子用传统工艺炮制前后 ,微量重金属元素的含量及其浓度变化 。This work is an analysis of 17 chemical elements co ntaining heavy metals in a Chinese herbal medicine (Fuzi) by ICP-AES.The accurac y of t his method is verified by the analysis of the standard sample of GBW 09501 and b y comparison with the results of AAS.By applying the proposed method before and after the preparation with the conventional technics,the content and concentrati on change to the determination of micro heavy metal elements contained in Fuzi (Aconitum Carmichaeli Debx) from Sichuan origin have been made clear.This will provide a scientific basis and measuarement tech nique for further development of Chinese herbal medicine and its introduction ab road.
