摘　　要：介绍了燃煤电厂在湿式石灰石 (石灰 ) -石膏法烟气脱硫工艺中的脱硫石膏质量控制。从化学机理方面讨论了石膏的结晶过程 ;从石膏的过饱和度、浆液的pH值、结晶温度、氧化空气用量、机械力以及石膏脱水等方面 ,较全面地分析了影响脱硫石膏质量的工艺因素 ,提出了控制参数 。This paper introduces the techniques for controlling the quality of calcium sulfate produced as by-product in a wet limestone(lime)-gypsum flue gas desulfurization technology adopted by electric power plant.The crystallization mechanism of calcium sulfate is discussed.The paper allsidedly analyzes the technological factors to control the quality of the calcium sulfate,such as supersaturation level of calcium sulfate,the pH of lime white,the crystallization temperature,the quantity of oxidation air,the mechanical force and the calcium sulfate dehydration etc.The technological parameters are brought forward.It is a valuable reference for controlling the quality of calcium sulfate.
