大吨位预制箱梁现场横移新工艺

摘　　要：在秦沈高速铁路客运专线六股河特大桥 45 0 t箱梁预制厂 ,箱梁需从预制梁现场的制梁台座横移到存梁场及装梁龙门吊。在此工作中采用了一系列新的横移梁施工工艺 ,解决了移梁施工中劳动强度高、速度慢 ,基础设施投入大的难题 。The 450t box beams of Liuguhe large bridge are prefabricated in the beam factory of Qinshen high speed railway line for passenger transport.The beams will be moved horizontally from entablements to loading zone. A series of new constructing technology of moving beams horizontally is applied in the work. The difficult problems are successfully solved such as high labour intensity, slow speed and big investment etc. The better profit is taken out with the application of the technology.
