摘 要:在对板材夹持型滚弯成形过程分析的基础上,系统地研究了一般应变硬化板材的夹持型多次滚弯成形过程的弯曲模式,导出了指数律应变硬化材料在每次成形过程的加卸载弯矩 曲率显式关系.对已知机械功率的弯板机,为获得预定曲率的板材,建立了相应的方程以计算所需滚弯成形过程的最小次数和每次的残余曲率.对板材的每次边缘弯曲模式,建立了板材弹塑性大变形的控制微分方程,并将问题解析地归结为对一代数方程的数值求解.研究了与多次滚弯成形的边缘弯曲模式生产过程相关的物理量并以图示出.The bending modes of general strain hardening plate using pinchtype multipass rollbending process was studied systematically. An explicit relation of bending momentplate curvature for plate made of exponentially strain hardening material in loading and unloading stages of each pass was developed. Equation to calculate the minimum number of passes required in bending a desired curvature of plate by a given plate rollbender with known power has been established. The governing differential equations for large elastoplastic deflection of plate in each edgebending pass were established. The problem was reduced analytically to the numerical evaluation of an algebraic equation. The physical quantities relevant to the multipass forming production process were studied and shown graphically.
