苎麻快速脱胶剂的研制

摘　　要：将表面活性剂和无机助剂复配应用于苎麻脱胶。通过测定苎麻脱胶后的残胶率 ,用正交试验法优选了脱胶剂最佳配方 ,制备的脱胶剂将原脱胶工艺的 2次煮炼改进为 1次煮炼 ,煮炼时间由 5 0h～ 6 0h缩短为 2 0h～ 3 0h。按照国标测定 ,制备的脱胶剂优于瑞士进口助剂及原工艺脱胶效果。The compositions and degumming mechanism of ramie are discussed Surfactants and promoters are used for the purpose of ramie degumming.By orthorgonal expertimen tal design,an excellent ramie degumming agent has been developed.The technique o f ramie degumming is simplied by the use of the agent.The time for the process c an be reduced from 5 0 h～6 0 h to 2 0 h～3 0 h.The quality of ramie treated by the agent is superior to those treated by other degumming agents.
