摘  要:用透射电镜及扫描电镜对白化颖壳近等基因系的颖壳作了观察比较,结果表明颖壳白化是由于叶绿体发育不良所致;近等基因系颖壳的内外表面基本特征一致,都具有长短不一的刺毛、气孔及突起物,但白化颖壳外表面的短刺毛密度较高及突起更明显。The observation and comparison of lemma of albino-lemma NIL (near isogenic line) in barley were made with transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the lemma albinism was caused by maldevelopment of chloro-plasts; characters of both inner and outer epidermis between AL (Albino-lemma line) and NL (Normal-lemma line) were the same, having short or long hairs, stomata and tubercles. But albino-lemma's outer epidermis had more obvious tubercles and dense-short hairs.
