摘 要:参考啤酒大麦加工工艺流程中所采用的药剂及浓度,设计不同浓度的漂白粉、石灰、甲醛以及石灰加漂白粉,对小麦矮腥黑穗病菌(Tilletia controversa Kuhn)(简称TCK)冬孢子分别处理4h,接种于3%琼脂培养基上,然后移入5℃生长箱内培养,观察药剂处理对孢子萌发率的影响。结果表明,漂白粉浓度达到0.05%以上时,孢子基本不能萌发;几种浓度的生石灰处理对TCK孢子几乎没有灭活作用;0.01%甲醛可以明显抑制TCK孢子的萌发;对TCK孢子直接浸水处理45d仍有50%以上的萌发率。大麦加工工艺中所采用的漂白粉及石灰处理浓度不足以杀灭TCK冬孢子;其污水处理中采用0.05%浓度的甲醛可抑制孢子的萌发。By reference to the medicaments and their concentrations used in processing beery barley, teliospores of Tilletia controversa Kuhn (TCK) were treated respectively with different concentrations of bleaching powder, lime, formaldehyde, and the combination of bleaching powder and lime for 4 hours, and then incubated in 3% agar medium at 5C . The results indicated that teliospores did not germinate when the concentration of the bleaching powder was more than 0.05% but could germinate whatever the concentration of lime was. The germination of teliospores was apparently inhibited by formaldehyde whose concentration was 0.01 % or higher. The germination rate of teliospores immersed in water for 45 days was still over 50 % . During the workflow of processing beery barley, the used concentrations of bleaching powder and lime were not enough to kill TCK teliospores, whereas it was found that the treatment with 0. 05% formaldehyde could inhibit the germination of TCK teliospores in waste water.
