摘　　要：国际组织对一些公共资源的管理 ,采用参与式管理方法 ,并且在一些地区都有一些成功的案例。文章针对目前中国一些实际情况进行了理论上的探讨。主要分析了参与式管理的含义、作用、管理机制和内容以及管理当中的一些创新点 。The International Organizations adopt method with participating style in managing certain public resources. Some successful cases exist in certain regions. Theoretical discussions are carried out on some practical situation in present China. Main analyses are made on the concept, role, management mechanism, content and some management innovative ideas for management with participating style. Its objectives are to better perfect the theory as well as methods for management of public resources.
