不同时期鸡胚体外培养及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：采用代用蛋壳体外培养方法 ,对不同时期鸡胚胎换蛋壳培养进行了研究。结果表明 :体外受精卵体外培养发育率为 1 0 %。X期胚胎体外培养的出雏率为 1 .2 % ;孵化 1日龄胚胎体外培养的出雏率为 7.9% ;去 1 /4壳的鸡胚出雏率为 3 .7% ;鸡胚胎换蛋壳以后 ,添加 6～ 8mThe different stage chicken embryos culture in vitro was compared. The results were as follows: the rate of embryos development, fertilized in vitro and cultured in vitro, was 10%; the hatching rate of X stage embryo was 1.2%; for the 1 day of embryos of hatched, its hatching rate was 7.9%; one fourth of the eggshell was removed from the obtuse end of each egg then it′s hatching rate was 3.7%; The embryos development of transplanted into recipient eggshells in which added to 6～8 mL thin protein solution was suitable.
