摘　　要：DBC-偶氮氯膦是一种优良的稀土显色剂。本工作利用国产离心薄层层析仪,以硅胶 G 和硫酸钙为层析板,以甲醇和二氯甲烷作展开剂,对此试剂进行了提纯。提纯后的试剂经过分析鉴定,纯度在94%以上,方法的回收率在90%以上。根据红外光谱、元素分析、热失重分析推出的试剂的组成及结构与试剂合成单位提出的一致。所介绍的方法对类似试剂的纯化是一可借鉴的方法。DBC-Chlorophosphonazo is a new efficaciouscolor reagent for rare earths.A method isdeveloped for the purification of this reagentwith a home-made centrifugal thin-layerchromatograph.The thin-layer plate is made ofsilica gel G and CaSO_4,and the developer ls amixture of methanol and dichloromethane.Analysis proved that the purity of the purifiedreagent is above 94% and the recovery is above90%.We studied the purified reagent by infraredabsorption spectroscopy,elementary analysis andthermogravimetry and affirmed its constitutionand structure.The procedure is simple andrapid.
