样品池像散影响光镊聚焦特性的理论分析

摘　　要：定量分析了平板型样品池和球壳型样品池对会聚激光束的像散 ,指出采用球壳型样品池有可能消除其对会聚激光束聚焦特性的影响 ,相关的实验支持了理论分析的结果。A quantitative analysis have been made of the astigmation of focused laser beam caused by the plate sample vessel and sphere-shell sample vessel. It is pointed out that influence will be dispelled by use of the sphere-shell sample vessel. The theoretical analysis has been supported by the related experiment.
