摘　　要：综述了掺 Er3+ 及 Er3+ /Yb3+ 石英有源光纤的材料特性、制作工艺及应用 。The material properties, fabrication process and application of Er 3+ and Er 3+ /Yb 3+ doped silica based active fibers are reviewed, and the development prospect of the two kinds of optical fiber is previsioned.
