摘　　要：论述了在电信网络不断扩大,新业务不断发展情况下,同步网作为业务支撑网的重要性。介绍了数字同步网的概念和组织结构,特别是本地数字同步网的结构和工作原理,介绍了同步监控管理系统的维护和管理功能及各业务网同步的原则和方法等。The article discusses the importance of digital synchronous networks as the service supporting networks with the extension of telecommunication network and the development of communication services.It introduces the concept and organization of digital synchronous networks,especially presented the structure and working principle of local digital synchronous networks.It also discusses the functions of maintenance and management of synchronization monitoring control management system as well as the principle and methods about several service networks synchronization.
