豚鼠脑干内侧部踏步相关区域AchE阳性神经元的分布

摘  要:本研究采用胆碱酯酶(AchE)组织化学方法观察豚鼠脑干内侧部踏步相关区域[三叉神经中脑核(Me5)、蓝斑(LC)、中缝大核(RM)及邻近网状结构和延髓巨细胞网状核(Gi)]AchE阳性神经元分布,并利用大鼠和猫进行对照。结果表明豚鼠Me5含有AchE强阳性神经元,而在大鼠和猫的Me5则没有观察到。豚鼠LCAchE阳性神经元分布明显较猫LC的弥散分布集中,虽然密集程度较大鼠LC为弱。此外,在上述三种动物中AchE阳性神经元在Gi、RM及其邻近网状结构具有相似的分布。本文就实验结果与踏步运动的关系进行了探讨。The present study was undertaken to investigate the distribution of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) positive neurons in the stepping related regions(nucleus mesencephalici tergmini(Me5), locus coeruleus (LC), nucleus raphe magnus(RM) with related reticular formation, and nucleus reticularis gigantocellularis(Gi)) of the medial zone in the brainstem of guinea pigs by using the AchE histochemical method.Rats and cats were also used for comparison. The results demonstrate that AchE positive neurons were found in fairly high activity in the Me5 of guinea pigs.but not in the Me5 of rats and cats.The AchE positive neurons of the LC in guinea pigs were more compact than that of the diffuse group of cells in cats, but it's compactness was less significant when compared with rats'.Besides, similar patterns of AchE positive neurons could be observed in the Gi, as well as the RM with it's nearby reticular formation inclusive in all three species of animals labelled. The relationship between present study and stepping movement has been discussed.
