摘　　要：以国产 N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)为活化剂活化了生物素(Biotin)并用改进后的方法提取了亲和素(Avidin),首次建立了诊断血吸虫病用的 ABC 试剂系统。采用的活化方法和提取工艺,简化了操作程序,缩短了工作流程,在保证质量的前提下,明显地降低了成本。由于我们在标记时用 SPA代替抗入 IgG,因而有更广泛的用途。Using N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS)madein China as the activator to activate biotinand extracting avidin with a modified method,an ABC reagent system for the diagnosis ofschistosomiasis japonica has been established.A comparison study has been carried out withthe same kind of reagent produced by VectorCompany,USA and also by comparison withother methods for many times.It has beenshown that this system has reached the ad-vanced level of the 1980s.The operating proce-dure was simplified and the technological pro-cedure shortened.By using the activatingmethod,the cost of production is loweredwith the assurance of quality.As SPA is usedto replace anti-human IgG,this system haswider scope of application.
