摘　　要：通过对现有污染源数据库管理软件的结构分析 ,本文提出了一个实现对工业污染源按年度纵向动态管理的数据库结构设计和程序设计方法。解决了因企业合并、重组、更名等因素对污染源管理软件产生的纵向管理困难的问题。Basd on the structure analysis of the existing pollution source database management software,this article put for ward a method of database structure and program design on industrial pollution source with longitudinal and dynamic management supported by annual information.It solved the problem of longitudinal management of pollution source management software caused by enterprises mergence,recombination and renaming,etc.
