摘　　要：利用MEL倒谱间距对第三代移动通信WCDMA系统中使用的自适应多速率(AMR)声码器进行了性能分析,利用其性能特性对AMR声码器的8种编码速率进行了分类,这样的分类对AMR声码器应用中的速率选择和切换具有一定的意义。Performance of AMR speech coder in3G mobile communica-tions system is analyzed using MEL -Cepstral Distance.According to their performance,the eight modes of speech coding rate of AMR speech coder are classified,which is significant to the rate selection and cut ouer in the application of AMR speech coder.
