摘　　要：介绍了一种基于多媒体DSPTriMedia1300的实时远程视频监控系统,它能够通过PSTN网实时传送现场的图像,分析了系统的软硬件构成以及H.263等通信协议的优化,描述了系统软硬件的关系以及系统核心模块的实现。In this paper,a real-time remote video monitoring system is introduced based on multimedia DSP TM1300,and the system can transmit real-time video on PSTN.The paper analyzes the software and hardware of the system including realization of ITU-T H.263.The core module of the system and the relationship of the soft-ware and hardware are described.
