摘  要:Nano-NiO particles were synthesized at room temperature via single-phase precipitation,using NiCl 2·6H 2O and NH 3·H 2O as the raw materials and H 2O as solvent.XRD,XRF and TEM analysis showed that the nano-NiO particles had cubic crystal structure,the purity was over 99 73% and the granularity about 9nm.The method has potential for further scale up application in industry.The key factor is how to control the chemical reaction in solution and competitive balance.Nano-NiO particles were synthesized at room temperature via single-phase precipitation,using NiCl 2·6H 2O and NH 3·H 2O as the raw materials and H 2O as solvent.XRD,XRF and TEM analysis showed that the nano-NiO particles had cubic crystal structure,the purity was over 99 73% and the granularity about 9nm.The method has potential for further scale up application in industry.The key factor is how to control the chemical reaction in solution and competitive balance.
