冷冻大鼠肾上腺自体移植的超微结构观察

摘  要:应用电子显微镜分别对经冷冻保存的和新鲜自体移植的大鼠肾上腺组织进行观察。结果表明,47只大鼠新鲜肾上腺组织自体移植成活40只(85.1%)冷冻保存的47只大鼠肾上腺自体移植成活27只(57.7%)。未行移植单纯冷冻保存的肾上腺组织,复温后多数细胞的形态无改变,部分细胞核内出现不规则腔隙,核质分布不均匀。未冷冻的肾上腺自体移植后,5d细胞开始再生,25~30d细胞成熟;冷冻的肾上腺移植后,与前者相比再生略缓慢,再生细胞数量少。47只未冷冻的肾上腺组织移植后,有5只髓质细胞成活。提示冷冻保存法对肾上腺组织有一定的保存作用。Cryopreserved and fresh adrenal glands from rats were studied under the electron microscope after autotransplantation. The results showed that forty out of forty-seven fresh adrenal glands (85.1%) and twenty-seven out of forty-seven cryopreserved adrenal glands (57.7%) were alive. The cryopreserved glands that were not transplanted showed no morphologic changes in most cells after thawing. except that some nuclei showed irregular vacuoles and spaces. In the fresh adrenal glands, regeneration began on the 5th day and became mature between the 25th and 30th days after transplantation. The cryopreserved glands were relatively slow in regeneration and the number of cells regenerated was smaller. In five out of forty-seven fresh glands, medu-llary cells survived after transplantation. Our study shows that the cryopre-servation method we used is effective to a certain degree in preserving the adrenal gland.
