摘　　要：介绍了导数光度法在生物及临床分析、药物分析、染料分析、聚合物研究、烃及石油分析、异构体及同系物分析、结构分析等领域中的有机化合物分析的近期应用。文献收至1986年底。This paper reviewed recent applicationsof derivative spectrophotometry for the anal-ysis of organic compounds in the fields suchas biological and clinical analysis,analysisof drugs and dyes,study of polymers,anal-ysis of hydrocarbons and petroleum,analysisof isomers and homologues,as well as eluci-dation of chemical structures,etc.
