摘 要:分别观察了大白鼠、豚鼠和家兔房室交界区特殊心肌组织内胆碱能神经的分布。结果表明,三种动物房室结后部的胆碱能神经分布都较致密,结的前部都分为两部分,其中一部分内部胆碱能神经分布致密,另一部分内分布稀疏,致密部分向前与希氏束直接延续。大白鼠和家兔内的胆碱能神经分布密度比豚鼠更高。在豚鼠的房室交界区内发现胆碱能神经细胞,大白鼠和家兔内未能找到。The distribution of the cholinergic innervation in the atrioventricular junction of rats, quinea-pigs and rabbits was re-studied. The results were as follows: innervation in the posterior part of atrioventricular node in all the three kinds of animal was rather dense. In the anterior part, the node could be divided into two sections according to nervous density. The nerves were very dense in one section which connected disectly with atrioventricular bundle of His, but much scarcer in the other one. There were more dense nerves in rats and rabbits than in quinea-pigs. The cholinergic cells were found in atrioventricular junction of quinea-pig, but not in that of rats and rabbits.
