摘　　要：我国城市市区的土地属于国家所有,它是政府拥有的国有资产中最大的资产,经营城市土地,合理规划和利用城市土地,不仅是地方政府重要的财政收入,对改变城市面貌,增强城市竞争力,亦有其重要作用。本文就如何经营好城市土地,从四方面作了系统的精要的阐述。Belonging to the country, the land in city areas is the largest part of state-owned capital possessed by governments. Managing, projecting, and utilizing city land in a reasonable way not only provides local government with crucial financial income but also is important to changing the appearance and enhancing competitive capacity of the cities. This paper gives a systematic account of the four jobs in managing city land.
