摘　　要：针对安阳钢铁公司矿山企业步履维艰、亏损严重的情况 ,剖析了其主要原因———资源枯竭、装备差、税赋高、外部环境差、社会负担重、非矿产业不发达等 。In view of the fact that the mine enterprises of Anyang Iron and Steel Co. is walking with great difficulties and losses, the main reasons are analysed such as depleted resource, poor equipment, high taxes,inferior external enviroment, heavy social load and undeveloped non mine industries. Thought on their solution is presented.
