摘 要:通过对高岭土和淀粉黄浆采用液力成饼过滤和压榨脱水的组合试验 ,将试验数据结合液力压榨脱水和压榨脱水的理论进行了对比分析 ,在得到相同的滤饼水分和过滤系数的情况下 ,结果表明 ,对于成饼过滤阶段形成的滤饼 ,采用压榨脱水方式比采用液力压榨脱水方式 ,单过程的效率能提高 3倍以上 ;采用液力成饼过滤和压榨脱水的组合方式 ,比采用液力成饼过滤和液力压榨脱水的组合方式 ,总效率可提高 30 %以上 ;对于浓度较低、滤饼比阻较高和压缩指数较大的淀粉黄浆滤饼 。Test on the combined process of hydraulic filtration of cake formation and squeeze cake dewatering on kaolin and starch slurry, and the contrastive analysis of the test data with the theory of hydraulic squeeze dewatering and that of squeeze dewatering were made. The results show that at similar cake moisture and filtration coefficient and for the cake formed during the filtration stage,the squeeze dewatering can achieve a single process efficiency of over three times that of hydraulic squeeze dewatering. The combination of hydraulic filtration of cake formation with squeeze dewatering can improve the overall efficiency by over 30%, compared to that of hydraulic filtration with hydraulic squeeze dewatering. The improvement is even more evident when treating starch slurry which has low concentration, higher cake specific resistance and compression index.
