摘 要:用胰岛素(I)、高血糖素(G)和生长抑素(Ss)3种抗血清作免疫组化染色,对在生后发育中的大鼠颔下腺进行光镜观察。结果:自生后第2周开始,3种抗血清的阳性反应产物定位于所有导管上皮细胞的核周质及顶部胞浆内。以后染色逐渐加强,至8周接近成体水平。用图像分析和放射免疫法测定其含量,以I最高,G次之,Ss最少。提示颔下腺导管系细胞可能是存在于消化道的另一组参与体内血糖平衡的内分泌细胞。Antisera immunohistochemical techniques were used to study insulin, gluca-gon and somatostatin in the postnatal submandibulary gland development of the rat. It was found that: Insulin, glucagon and somatostatin were positive in the perikaryon and apical cytoplasm of the all duct epithelial cells in the initial 2 weeks postnataly. With increasing age, the intensity of the positive staining reaction became stronger and stronger, reaching that of the adult level at 8 w. Image analysis and rauioimmunoassay showed that these polypeptides occurred in different quantities. Insulin was the highest; glucagon second, and the somatostatin, the lowest. We believe that the epithelial cells of the duct system of the submandibulary gland may be another group of endocrine cells in the digestive duct to maintain carbohydrate homeostasis in the whole body.
