摘　　要：为减少频繁的注射次数和漏种的机会 ,提高及时接种率和接种者的依从性 ,多价联合疫苗已在预防接种中开始推广应用。甲、乙型肝炎联合疫苗的研制成功和应用 ,为控制甲、乙型肝炎提供了新的工具和更有效途径。该联合疫苗副反应小 ,有很好的免疫原性、稳定性和安全性 ,并具有较灵活的免疫程序 ,适用于儿童、青少年和成人以及旅行、出差者的快速免疫 ,可有效地预防甲。For decreasing the injection times,raising timely immunization coverage rate and the compliance of the receivers, the multivalence combined vaccines have been started to popularize in EPI.The successful manufacturing and using of the combined vaccine against hepatitis A and B afford a new tool and more efficient approach.The combined vaccine is safe and well tolerated and shows little side effect,higher immunogenicity.It can be administered using flexible vaccination intervals,which makes it suitable for use in adults, children and adolescents.The combined hepatitis A and B vaccine can effectively prevent the infection and transmission of hepatitis A and B.
