摘 要:通过对汽轮发电机转子匝间短路故障的机理分析 ,特别是对其电磁特性分析 ,确立了匝间短路故障严重程度和有效磁场损失之间的定性对应关系。在考虑磁场饱和的条件下 ,建立了转子匝间短路故障诊断数学模型 ,通过计算有效磁场损失导致的发电机电气参数变化 ,特别是对无功输出的影响 ,建立在线识别转子匝间短路故障的判据 ,并采用现场匝间短路故障记录数据加以验证。Based on the analysis of fault mechanism especially the magnetic characteristics of turn to turn short circuit of rotor windings in turbo generator, the relationship between fault magnitude and loss of effective magnetic field is derived. Considering the saturation of magnetic field, a fault diagnosis mathematical model of turn to turn short circuit on turbo generator rotor windings is built. Then the change of the turbo generator corresponding electrical parameter induced by the loss of effective magnetic field is calculated, especially the influence on reactive power output is calculated. The fault criterion of turn to turn short circuit is got, which is verified by using the on site recorded fault data.
