摘　　要：河南省电力数据网中的 IP业务 ,充分利用 ATM网络所具有的服务质量 ( Qo S)保证这一特点 ,进行管理信息系统 ( MIS)、电力市场技术支持系统 ( PMOS)及电能量计费系统 ( TMS)等 IP业务的传输。文中详细描述了在 ATM网络中所采用的传输方式、各业务的具体接入方案、传输效果以及业务传输的安全性 ,依靠 IP技术和 ATM技术的综合发展解决了电力系统中的一些特殊应用问题。By making full use of the QoS guaranteed by the ATM technology, the IP services, such as the management information system (MIS), power market operation system (PMOS) and electric energy charge system (EECS) in the Henan Electric Power Computer Information Data Network are transmitted through the ATM network. The transmission methods adopted in the ATM network, the specific access scheme of each service, the transmission effects and service security are described in detail. The comprehensive development of IP technology and ATM technology has provided solutions to a number of special application problems in power systems.
