摘　　要：集成门极换向型晶闸管 ( IGCT)的优良性能使其适合于实现高—高方式的高压变频调速装置。文中提出了基于 IGCT中点箝位电压型三电平逆变器的高压变频调速装置主电路 ,并给出了一台 6k V/1 80 0 k VA高压变频调速装置的实现。装置交流输入侧采用变压器隔离的 2 4脉冲整流电路来保证输入侧功率因数大于 0 .96,中间直流环节直流电压为 1 0 k V,逆变部分采用中点箝位( NPC)电压型三电平逆变器输出三相 6k V线电压 ,每只开关器件由 2只 4.5 k V IGCT器件串联构成。逆变器采用变频的特定谐波消除脉宽调制 ( SHE- PWM) ,且输出侧采用 LC滤波器来减小输出电压的谐波畸变率及 dv/dt。装置采用 IGCT作为电子开关进行输出过电流保护。装置实验表明 ,这种高压变频器具有很好的性能及可靠性。The excellent characteristics of IGCT make it suitable for implementing medium voltage drive (MVD). This paper proposes the main circuit structure of MVD based on neutral point clamped(NPC) three level inverter using IGCTs,the implementation of a 6 kV/1 800 kVA MVD is also introduced. To ensure an input power factor above 0.96, the 24 pulse rectifier is used in the utility side, the DC voltage is 10 kV and the switching component of the three level inverter is composed of two 4 5 kV IGCTs running in series. The output harmonics and d v /d t is suppressed by LC filter and the selective harmonic eliminated PWM (SHE PWM) is employed for the inverter to ensure the safe operation of the output LC filter. The fast output over current protection is fulfilled by IGCT component. Various tests has proved the high level of reliability and robustness of the installation.
