摘 要:用单片机完成对蓄电池放电电流的采样 ,采样频率远远大于放电电流的变化速度。保证了采用定电阻放电时蓄电池容量测量的准确性 ,从而摆脱了恒流放电装置。测量时 ,电流在 0 .5~ 10 0A范围能自动转换量程。蓄电池的放电率为 0 .2C时 ,适用于 2 .5~ 5 0 0Ah的电池。数字显示当前所放出的容量 ,不须人工计算。采用了先进的PIC 16C 73A单片机 ,该机工作速度快、体积小、工作电压低、功耗小、驱动能力强〔输入 /输出 (I/O )口可直接驱动发光二极管(LED)〕 ,由它设计制成的数字显示的计量蓄电池容量的安时仪 ,其整个系统呈现单片化结构 ,且体积小、可靠性高、测量显示方便、直观 。Discharge current of battery was sampled by monolithic computer and the sampling frequency was far higher than the change rate of discharge current. The battery was discharged with constant resistance instead of constant current device because the accuracy of capacity measurement by monolithic computer was assured. The measuring range of the new device is automatically changeable when the current is in the range of 0.5~100 A, and it is suitable for measuring the batteries with the capacity within 2.5~500 Ah when the discharge rate is 0.2 C. The present discharge capacity can be displayed in digital and no manual calculation is required. The adopted PIC 16 C 73 A monolithic computer characters high processing rate, small size, low operating voltage, low power loss and high driving capability(the I/O port can drive LED directly). The digital ampere hour meter designed on the basis of PIC 16 C 73 A for measuring battery capacity has monolithic structure, small size, high reliability, convenient and intuitional display and low cost.
