摘　　要：介绍了以IP网络技术为基础的电力语音调度系统 ,详述了系统构架、系统原理及软件实现等 。This paper introduces an electric power language diapatching system based on IP technique,go into detailed Construction of the system,principle and software realizing etc.,and discussing the advantage of IP dispatching system is discussed.
