摘　　要：提出“投入产出比”评价指标的来源和用途 ,并对其内涵进行了详细分析和界定。通过建立投入产出比与动态经济效果指标内部收益率的函数关系 ,计算出二者的数字关系 。The derivation and use of 'input output ratio'evaluation index are presented in the paper.By establishing the fuctional relationship between 'input output ratio'and dynamic economic effect index yield,the numerical relacionship between them is worked out,and base value of 'input output ratio' is determined.
