摘  要:对 6 0U74普通钢轨使用后的表面变形层组织与性能进行了分析。结果表明 ,钢轨运行约 3a(年 )后 ,在其表面形成约 4 0~ 70 μm的白层 ,组织为过饱和碳的α Fe ,晶粒显著细化 ,达到4 0nm ,同时钢轨表面的显微硬度比心部高 2倍以上 ;次表面为变形的片状珠光体组织 ,片状碳化物发生碎化 ,硬度也有一定的提高。The microstructures and properties of the deformed surface layers of the 60U74 rails used in shengyang dalian track were analyzed. The results showed that, after the tracks had been used for longer than three years, the white layer with the thickness of 40~70 micrometers was formed on the surface of tread. The microstructure of the white layers was ferrite with supersaturated carbon, the grains were fined to about 40 nanometers, and the micro hardness was higher than the original inner by twice at same time. The sub surface were deformed pearlite, the flake carbides were broken, and the hardness increased.
