摘  要:采用宏微观检验、化学分析和显微硬度检测等方法对风机轴的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明 ,该轴断裂是由于轴表面存在焊接缺陷 ,在旋转弯曲应力作用下产生低应力疲劳开裂。A study on the cracks of the fan axle by means of macroscopic and microscopic inspections, chemical testing and micro hardness analysis as well as the force distribution analysis on the axle have been made in this paper. The results showed that the weld detects on the surface of the axle was the reason to cause low stress fatigue under rotation bending stress which finally lead to the fatigue cracks on the axle.
