摘　　要：冠醚在色谱中的应用引人注目。低分子冠醚可用作液相色谱流动相和固定相中的一个组分。不溶的冠醚树脂可用作液相色谱固定相。一些冠醚也可用作气相色谱固定液。冠醚可用来分离阳、阴离子和有机物。液相色谱中冠醚键合阳离子的性质很大程度上反映在色谱行为上。The use of crown ethers in chromatographyis one of their most attractive applications inanalytical chemistry.Low molecular weight crownethers can be used as a component of bothstationary and mobile phases in liquid chroma-lography.In soluble crown ether resins can beused as stationary phases in liquid chromatogra-phy.Some crown ethers can also be used as sta-tionary liquids in gas chromatography.Crownethers can be used to separate cations anions,and organic compounds.In liquid chromatogra-phy,the cation-binding properties of crownethers are considerably reflected in the chro-matographic behavior.
