福建省外资引入政策的经济效应分析——经济计量检验与分析

摘　　要：研究福建省外资引入政策的经济效应问题的基本思路是利用相关统计数据,分别从外资对GDP增长的直接和间接贡献两个方面并结合经济计量模型对福建省改革开放以来吸引外资的整体状况进行分析。研究结果显示:福建省外资引入政策是有效的、作用是明显的,外资引入有利于国民经济的发展,外资引入政策要长期坚持。为了保障福建省经济健康增长,提高企业国际竞争能力,要对外资使用的规模、结构、方向等实施宏观调控的发展战略。This paper discusses the economic effects produced by the policies ab out foreign capitals in Fujian Province. On the basis of the related statistic d ata, the writer, using econometric model, makes an analysis of the overall situa tion of foreign capital in the province since the reform and opening up from the perspectives of direct and indirect effects on its GDP growth. The result shows that the policy about introducing foreign capital is effective. Foreign capital benefits the national economy, so we should adhere to the policy in the long ha ul. To ensure the healthy economic growth and promote the competitive power of t he province, we should make macro development strategies about the scale, struct ure, and direction of foreign capital.
