高剂量美罗培南在肺炎囊性纤维化病人体内的药物动力学

摘　　要：目的 :研究美罗培南在肺炎囊性纤维化病人体内的药物动力学。 方法 :6例成年肺炎囊性纤维化住院病人 ,静脉滴注给予美罗培南 2 g q8h,用 HPLC法测定血药浓度。采用 3 P87程序统计矩方法求算药代动力学参数。结果 :美罗培南的体内过程符合二室开放模型 ,其药物动力学参数分别为 :tm ax=(0 .5 742± 0 .0 2 0 7) h,cm ax=(14 1.7± 40 .48) μg/ml,AUC=(14 8.7± 2 3 .42 ) μg·h· ml-1 ,t1 /2β=(1.168± 0 .2 78) h,与常规剂量一致。 结论 :肺炎囊性纤维化病人应用高剂量美罗培南时 。Objective: To study the pharmacokinetics of high dose of meropenem in patients with pneumonia cystic fibrosis. Me thods: Six patients were iv given meropenem 2 g, q8 h. The plasma d rug concentrations were determined by HPLC method and the data were handled with 3P87 program. Results: The pharmacokinetic parameters were a s follows: t max =(0.574 2±0.020 7) h, c max =(141.7±40.4 8) μg/ml,AUC=(148.7±23.42) μg·h·ml -1 , t 1/2β =(1.168±0.27 8) h,which were the same as those of the regular doses. Conclusion: High dose of meropenem has a high safety and efficacy in treatment of patients with cystic fibrosis.
