头孢曲松钠粉针剂配液的稳定性观察

摘　　要：目的 :考察不同浓度的头孢曲松钠在 0 .9%氯化钠溶液中、5 %葡萄糖溶液中药物的稳定性。方法 :将样品置于冰箱 (4～ 8℃ )中储存 ,按一定时间间隔取样 ,样品在室温下放置 6h后 ,采用 HPL C法测定含量 ;同时测 p H值以及观察溶液的外观变化 ,并以样品即刻的状态为对照。结果 :2 0 d内样品含量无明显变化 ;质量浓度为 5 mg/ ml样品存放 14 d后颜色逐渐变深 ;质量浓度为 40 mg/ ml样品存放 7d后颜色逐渐变深 ;p H为 6.2 6～ 6.88。结论 :头孢曲松钠与 0 .9%氯化钠溶液、5 %葡萄糖溶液配伍在 7～ 14 d稳定 。Objective: To investigate the stability of d ifferent concentrations of ceftriaxone sodium in 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection. Methods: The samples were kept i n the refrigrator at temperature between 4-8℃. The ceftriaxone content was det ermined after each time interval by HPLC and the pH was determined after kept at room temperature for 6 h.The data obtained were compared with those of the samp le at the zero time. Results: According to statistical ana lysis, the concentrations of injections were not changed obviously in the perio d of 20 d .The colour was deepened at concentration of 5 mg/ml after 14 d and a t concentration of 40 mg/ml after 7 d. pH values were 6.26-6.88. Con clusion: Ceftriaxone sodium can be mixed with 0.9% sodium chloride i njection or 5% glucose injection,and the solutions are stable for 7-14 d. These data are useful for reconstituting the drug.
