甲基丙烯酸环氧乙酯接枝Newcell纤维工艺和性能的研究

摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸环氧乙酯(EEMA)为单体、硝酸铈铵为引发剂对Newcell纤维接枝共聚.探讨了纤维增重率的影响因素,并对Newcell纤维的白度、断裂强力及断裂延伸度、吸湿性和染色性进行了研究.分析了在不同增重率下EEMA接枝对Newcell纤维结构和性能及其对Newcell织物的起毛起球性能和抗皱性能的影响.结果表明:增重率增加,接枝Newcell纤维的白度、断裂强力及断裂延伸度下降不大,吸湿性下降,直接染料染色的K/S值提高,活性染料染色的K/S值与染料的结构类型有关.另外,Newcell织物经EEMA接枝交联后,弹性有所提高,抗起毛起球性得到很大的改善。Newcell fibre was grafted with EEMA as monomer and ammonium cerous nitrate as initiator. The factors influencing the weighting percentage of the fibre was investigated and the whiteness, breaking strength, breaking elongation, water absorbability and dyeing behaviour of Newcell fibre were researched. The effect of graft monomer EEMA at varied weighting percentage on the structure and properties of Newcell fibre and on raising, pilling and anti-crease of Newcell fabric was analyzed. The result indicated that with weighting percentage increasing, the whiteness, breaking strength and elongation of the grafted Newcell fibre decreased little, water absorbability lowered, the K/S value with reactive dyes was related to the dye's class and structure. In addition, the elasticity of Newcell fibre grafted with EEMA has been raised and its raising, pilling resistance property greatly improved, reaching to the level of anti-fibrillation.
