摘　　要：根据原棉中所含杂质性质的不同 ,指出了除杂前对纤维除杂难易程度进行考察的必要性 ,建立了纤维除杂难度系数指标 ,同时分析了该指标对除杂过程的作用及意义。并提出了对除杂效果评价的新方法 ,认为 ,对除杂效果的评价可以从输出品的洁净度、加工过程中可纺纤维的损失率及可纺纤维的损伤情况 3个方面进行。Owing to the variety of impurities in raw cotton, we have to consider the difficulty extent involved in impurity cleaning, establishing the difficulty index. Analyzing functions and significance of the index, we propose a novel method to assess impurity cleaning effect in accordance with three aspects: neatness of output products, loss of spinnable fibers, and injury of spinnable fibers.
