摘 要:通过扫描电镜 (SEM)、差热分析 (DSC)、透湿杯法测量等手段 ,对合成的PU涂层膜及涂层布进行了一系列观测 ,推断该涂层是属于无微孔亲水性透湿。透湿量大小取决于亲水基的含量。观察到织物的透湿量随环境温度的升高而增加 ,这种变化对应于聚合物中PEG ,PTMG组分的相变区 ,有一定的热效应。这种性能可赋予织物“防水透湿调温”功能 ,明显增加织物服用舒适性。In this paper, a water-proof and vapor permeable Polyurethane (PU) micro-emulsion fabric coating was synthesized. The mechanism of vapor permeability of the PU coated fabric was investigated by Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM), Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC), Test method of water vapor transmission cups and so on. The result demonstrated that the coating film is non micro-porous. Hydrophilic groups in PU macromolecule carry out the transmission of water vapor. The permeability of the fabric depends on the hydrophilic groups content of the PU coating. Studies revealed that the PU film exhibits a special heat absorption at about 32~34℃ which is corresponding to human body surface temperature. The property would make fabrics more comfortable to human.
