元首口服液清除超氧阴离子自由基(O_2)^-能力的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　观察元首口服液对O 2 的清除能力、抗衰老作用以及与卵磷脂的关系。方法　采用AP -TEMED比色测定法 ,测定O 2 含量 ,并计算O 2 清除率。结果　元首口服液几种型号 (1、2、3、4型 )对O 2 的清除率分别是 79.72 % ,2 9.40 % ,-195 .66% ,40 .66% ;O 2 浓度分别是 0 .791、2 .82 3、9.3 13、2 .0 77(μmol/L) ,有效成分卵磷脂含量分别是 2 5 .43、3 8.14、5 9.8、2 1.74(mmol/L)。结论　元首口服液对O 2 有明显的清除作用 ,其中 1型对O 2 清除率最强 ,清除率与含量成正比关系 (r =0 .93 45 ,P <0 .0 1)。Objective To observe the function of YUANSHOU Oral Liquor on clearing O  2, its anti-aging function and its relationship with lecithin. Methods An AP-TEMED colorimetric determination method was used to detect the content of O  2 and the clearance rate of O  2. Results The clearence rates of YUANSHOU Oral Liquor type1, 2, 3, and 4 were 79.72%, 29.40%, -195.66% and 40.66%, respectively. The O  2 concentration was 0.791, 2,823, 9.313 and 2.077 (μmol/L), respectively. The content of effective component of lecithin were 25.43, 38.14, 59.8, 21.74 (mmol/L), respectively. Conclusions YUANSHOU Oral Liquor could effectively clear O  2, of which Type 1 had the best effect to do it. The clearance rate had positive correlation to the component(r=0.9345, P<0.01).
